At Flight Therapy our mission is deeply rooted in service—service to others and to the communities that need it most.

Founded by Matt Brooker, a proud member of the Royal Australian Air Force, he understands the importance of resilience, commitment, and teamwork in overcoming challenges. With a passion for both Aviation and Healthcare he now dedicates himself and his team by delivering expert Allied Health professionals to remote and rural communities.
Our team is passionate about improving health outcomes for those who live in the most isolated parts of the country. We specialise in a range of Allied Health services including occupational therapy, speech therapy, and more. Using cutting-edge telehealth solutions and innovative service delivery, we ensure that no one is left behind—regardless of their location.
With a strong sense of duty and a deep understanding of the unique needs faced by these communities, we aim to contribute to a healthier, brighter future for all Australians. At Flight Therapy, we believe that access to high-quality healthcare is a right, not a privilege, and we are committed to making that a reality for every Australian, no matter how far they may be from the nearest city.
